Subject: CA needs a strong GHG policy
Comment:
I hope you will do the maximum to speed reductions in CA's GHG emissions. This includes: - A higher renewable portfolio standard for utilities - An indirect source rule so that projects are correctly considered. - A cap&trade system that is as complete as possible. California has been a leader in all pollution controls in the past. Going into the future, no controls are more important for prompt action than greenhouse gases. Thanks, Ken Novak Palo Alto, CA
