Please insure that A.B. 32 Scoping Plan has strong requirements
that will:

1.  Provide a well-designed cap-and-trade program.

2.  Provide strong, consistent Indirect Source Rules to control
emissions from development projects.

3. Provide a new Renewable Portfolio Standard to increase clean
energy in our state.  The Standard should start out reasonably so
as not to damage our economy any worse than it already is, but
should also increase in a predictable and scientifically
defendable manner until it reaches 100% at some point in the next
couple of decades.
