| Comment | I support any regulation that will curtail diesel emissions from trucks and buses on our roads. The dangerously poor quality of our Central Valley air demands this. Our children's health and well-being are at stake. As a high school teacher in Merced, California, I am absolutely stunned at the numbers of our students who suffer from asthma. Every year the list we receive from our health office grows. Something must be done. |
