| Comment | These proposed diesel emmission rules will put me out of business. Plain and simple. They are onerous and punitive. I own a 10 year old transfer dump truck with 240,000 miles on the odometer. I will forced to spend anywhere from $20k to $60k to comply the diesel emmission rule milestones. Just the fact that these rules are being proposed has devalued my truck by over 70%. This just does not make any sense to me. This proposal needs to be scraped.
