| Comment | While I understand the need to clean up the air it could not be coming at a worse time. My independent contractors are currently making about half the trips they were making at this time last year and are being asked to either retrofit a $10,000.00 truck with a $25,000.00 part or hand over their truck which is paid in full and take on a $600 truck payment. |
