| Comment | Dear CARB board members, All of us at North American Trailer Sales,L.L.C. would suggest to you the use of the table of replacement submitted by DTCC. As a member of the CTA and a business that supports the trucking business in California we are fighting for our financial life in this current financial crisis. If enforced in it's original format and along with the TRU enfocement that is currently suggested, CARB could single handedly kill all trucking commerce in the state of California and delete the jobs of thousands of hard working people. Now is NOT the time for costly regulation on the trucking business nor is it time to increase the cost of all goods and services delivered by trucks.
