| Comment | I myself am an owner of a truck and trailer that is more that 19,500 gvwr used for horse shows. It is a Living quarters trailer. (combination living space and horse trailer). The living quarters are integral to the trailer being pulled. This vehicle is used entirely for hobby and would be impossible to replace as it would not only be costly, but unreasonable. These vehicles are not being used for commercial use. These vehicles need to be excluded from this regulation Thank you Elizabeth Booth |
