| Comment | The CARB is currently considering the adoption of an on-road diesel truck and bus regulation that if implemented as presently drafted would have a profound, negative impact on California's economy. We small businesses are already suffering, now you want us to dispose of equipment before their useful life has been completed. We just don't have enough money to retrofit all of our engines. Forcing small business into this retrofit will surely force some of us out of business, thereby costing jobs and revenue to the state's economy.
