To whom it may concern,

This law is completely ridiculous! 

First off, my tire pressure is not really your concern. Do you
really believe that my low tire pressure is directly effecting the
temperature of the GLOBE? Even if everyone in the state of
California complied with this new law we would have only reached
.5% of the goal we've set for amount of emissions we are trying to
eliminate. That is such an insignificant amount. 

And the punishment for this crime is $1000.00 and 6 months of
prison time for purposefully emitting toxins into the air? Can we
just revisit for one second the FACT that global warming is a
THEORY! You are really going to put people in prison for causing an
issue that you don't even know really exists? And on top of that we
are releasing 40,000 prisoners (non-violent I understand, but I
would rather have a drug dealer in prison than a productive member
of society who didn't have time to get their tire pressure checked
that month BECAUSE they were out being productive!) How does that
make sense? 

I believe your time would be much better spent (assuming global
warming even exists at all) figuring out how to combat the
emissions that cows emit when they emit flatulence (or fart). Since
that is the leading cause of carbon monoxide emissions. Think about
it.
