| Comment | How is it that a small group of even smaller minded bureaucrats seek the benefits of attaching fines and criminal punishment if I don't check my tire pressure? The ARB seeks to bully vehicle owners because the government cubicle workers B-R-O-A-D-L-Y interpret AB32 to include low tire pressure as "an emission of air contaminants." ARB has selected auto service facilities to snitch on customers who decline a tire inflation check. Old oriental saying, "No checkee, no service." This insane proposal must be reject without consideraton. If every car on the road was driven with flat tires, the change in imaginary "greehouse gas emissions" would be equally imaginary. |
