These new regulations will have no dicernable effect on the climate
in this state. The regulations will cause undo hardship on citizens
in this state and the fines and jail time proposed is beyond the
pale. Have you considered the bureaucracy that must be put in place
to implement this? And the time the average citizen will have
endure. This is a bad idea and Big Brother-ism at its worst.
