| Comment | Most reputable repair shops already make checking tire pressures part of the routine service provided by their shops. The added paperwork required by this law will place undo burden on shops that currently follow the BAR Write it Right guidelines. This law could place the auto repair shops in a position to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous lawyers similar to the situation that involved the Trevor Law Group. I believe this law is ill advised and I hope you will not implement it. |
