Comment
This proposed regulation is mandated activity for auto repair shops
to become liable for potential law suits. The liability on a
business due to this regulation is not to our best interest. The
potential for increase liability insurance will mandate that I will
have to charge higher labor charges. The general public is upset
with government mandating regulations. The needed time to check
tires and condition of tire will warrant a service charge. By your
regulation we need to raising a vehicle to inspect for damage,
weather cracking, and the list goes on. This cost will not be
accepted by the general public.

Please understand with modifications by the aftermarket selling
larger and wider tires and rims. We do not have these
specification from the manufacture so how can we certify the proper
specifications. The vehicle will not have these specification on a
door panel for reference. Liability issue and potential law
suite. Loss of business is lost of income for
a balance budget.

Please reconsider your proposal for this regulation. Your State
is in deep trouble. The outcome will not be favorable if this
regulation is imposed.
