| Comment | Please add consideration for fleets in subject regulation. For example, many fleets do not print invoices for customers, and in fact do not have "customers" in the usual sense that commercial establishments do. In particular, add wording to paragraphs (d)(1)(B) and (E), allowing fleets to record tire pressure checks electronically in their maintenance data sytems vice using written invoices that they do not presently have. Creating, printing, and filing invoices would place a huge burden on fleets. |
