To whom this may concern:

I can not believe that your board is still considering to continue
with this proposal.  This modification is better than the last one
but really how is an under inflected tire has to do with reduce
green gas emissions.  Even if it does, does it really make enough
difference to make a reg out of it?  

I am not sure why your board existed and comming up with stupid
ideas like this.  I am going to call my congressman today again to
discuss the usefulness of your board. I am all for reducing
greenhouse emissions, but if this is the only thing you guys come
up with. I don't see the use of your board. If you truly want to
reduce green house emissions, why don't you build more public
transits so people don't have to drive so much. In southern
california where I live, there is virtually no public transit to
take.  If your board's intention is to reduce driving then please
build more public transits, if you can't then stop bothering the
car owners.

I urge you again to drop this stupid idea.
