When I first heard about this I thought it was a joke, but
unfortunately it isn't. Why am I surprised that a bunch of
bureaucrats like you would come up with something like this to
further regulate people's lives in the name of saving the
environment. What are you guys thinking? Are you running out of
important things to do that you've come so low as to coming up with
this kind of regulations, not that we don't have enough of useless
regulations in California. Are you so power hungry that you would
come up with these kinds of regulation to further control people's
lives? This kinds of regulations doesn't make any sense financially
nor they are enforceable. It will further destroy the business
climate in California by requiring shops to check for air in
someone's tire, and if they don't or the owner of the vehicle
doesn't do it they will be fined or jailed? I thought I left
communist China a long time ago. With all due respect but you guys
are a bunch of well paying MORONS!
