| Comment | You folks obviously have way too much time on your hands. For all the problems a silly law like this will cause it will do virtually nothing to clean the air and is totally uninforceable. The estimated reduction in polutants is estimated at .5%, and that's just California. Since no other state or country is going to be dumb enough to enact this type of legislation the improvement in air quality will be imperceptable if there is any. $1000 fine or 6 months in jail for violating this law...are you people nuts!!! |
