To Whom it may concern,
I see no where in your proposal to address the fact that many
people , myself included, care for their own vehicle.  I believe
you need to revisit your proposal and the misinformation you are
basing your reasoning on.  California has passed so many silly
rules and regulation businesses can no longer operate in the state.
 We can no longer afford to chase the remaining business out of
California, nor police every little thing in everyones life.  So
many things like the tirepres09 slide by everyone and become laws
because it  seems to be done in secret.  The United States is the
Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave and to many people have
forgotten.
