Dear CARB members,
  I understand that at this time the legislature is considering
the matter, but until they pass the law and it is signed by the
governor, marijuana is still illegal in California.  What have you
been smoking?
  This is the silliest regulation I have seen in quite some time. 
Why do I need a piece of paper showing that my tires are inflated?
 For what it is worth, I check my tires weekly.  But that is my
business, and I cannot understand why I need a piece of paper to
prove that my tires are properly inflated.  
  By the way, is "anal-retentive" spelled with a hyphen or
without?
