| Comment | This proposal is yet another example of the COMPLETELY BROKE nanny state of California and government run amuck. It will cost the state government more than any savings in gas costs and will have a negligible impact on the MYTH of climate change or global warming. Please review your sources, back-up information, and the actual cost to the tax payers of all your future regulations as all you have been doing in the last several years is running people and businesses out of this state. |
