This law is not only absurd but I believe it to be
unconstitutional. The only obvious reason for a 'law' like this is
to extort revenue from the honest and hard working private citizens
of California.

This law must NOT be implemented. It will do next to NOTHING to
reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions and only serve to place unlawful
control over a citizens life and right to travel. It is a thinly
disguised ploy to increase state revenue and has nothing to do with
our environment. No government agency or group has the lawful
power or influence to require individuals to comply with the
language of this so called 'law'.

It can also result in many vehicles being less safe because it can
alter the dynamics and physics of road contact between the tire and
the surface of the road. If this is the case, then it would open a
potential 'floodgate' of litigation and lawsuits which would result
in considerable expense to the state.

Californians are already the HIGHEST TAXED citizens in the United
States. We also have some of the most intrusive 'laws' &
'regulations' of any state in the Union. This will only make things
worse for everyone (including business) in the state and only serve
to drive more taxpayers away from the state of California.

I feel that this law (and others like it) will only serve to spark
a revolt against lawmakers and representatives of the state.
