| Comment | We need to reduce the causes of global warming. Why is California supporting the off-highway vehicle industry? The Off-Highway Vehicle Division of State Parks and Recreation is supported by our gasoline tax on the theory that off-road vehicles don't use the roads...but they are hauled on roads. Also the legislature found the amount the OHV gets is over estimated by 50%. Who has the CO2 stats on OHV? |
