| Comment | Anything that puts more burden on the cost of building and buying a home is not what this economy needs right now. I have been in the Civil Engineering Budgeting industry for 22 years and some homes in San Diego already have Agency Fees of over $100,000 per home! This is just for a piece of paper to approve building a house! |
