| Comment | Concerns expressed by the CARB engineering staff can be readily addressed by maintaining the initial engine run sequence on start up that is currently programmed into all Hybrid vehicles. Simply having this as the one and only requirement would alleviate nearly all the concerns raised by the CARB engineering staff without requiring any expensive testing and regulation. This new technology needs more understanding, not stifling regulations; California can again be a leader in this field. |
