| Comment | These regulations are missing the forest for the trees, the benefits to encouraging the continued development of Plug-In Hybrids far outweight the negligable cost to air quality that may arise from under-regulation at this point in time. The advantages include drastic reductions in green house gases and developing a plausible alternative to imported oil as well as strong potential to actually improve air quality through zero emission driving. |
