| Comment | Hello, I am an advocate of clean energy and transportation solutions in the 21st century. CARB is preparing to pass initiatives this week that will hurt or crush small businesses that have invested valuable time and money to convert factory hybrid cars into plug-in hybrids. These cars get significantly more MPG than their unaltered counterparts and they do not produce any more pollutants because their engines undergo the same warm-up initiation as normal hybrids once the engine is switched on.
