| Comment | I urge you to carefully consider taking any steps that would halt the adoption of the plug-in technology. There are so few cars that would be immediately affected that we have no reason to act brashly. We have time to get this right and getting it right means doing all that can be done to promote the adoption of alternatives to gas technology. |
