| Comment | California Environmental Protection Agency, Just as your name implies, we all need to protect the environment in which we live. Making it more difficult for consumers to help you with this cause is not logical. Your current plans for adjusting the regulations for hybrid conversions is not going to help the situation, but instead make things more difficult. Please, Please, Please, support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. You can save the planet or kill it.
