| Comment | I had my Prius hybrid adapted with the electric plug in battery by the Three Prong folks out of Berkeley. It is a nice addition to the hybrid model, adding to the car's low carbon imprint. I urge you to consider how new regulations might perhaps adversely affect these small innovative start-up companies...the very companies we need to eventually wean ourselves off the polluters now on the road.
