| Comment | Please consider delaying these contentious regulations for PHEVs. The very small number of PHEV vehicles on the road should not be wasting CARBs valuable resources. These after market conversions a low carbon vehicles. CARB should be doing everything in it's power to encourage PHEV's not spending it's resources trying to regulate them to death. |
