| Comment | What we need now is more innovation not regulation. The CARB is tasked with promoting clean air and yet here it is regulating a cottage industry that does just that. These regulations will triple the cost of making a hybrid car have more battery capacity, making it cost prohibitive for most consumers. That battery capacity we are adding does nothing but helps the CARB meet its mission. Why are you choosing to eliminate that which furthers your goals? |
