| Comment | I respectfully request that the pending regulations be delayed until there are clear equipment solutions available in the market place to upgrade and replace the existing diesel on and off road equipment. To do less may place an impossible weight upon the current construction industry. It appears the industry is fully prepared to offer a working relationship to see this take place.
