| Comment | To Whom It May Concern, Although I believe the basic premise behind the adoption of a clean air act for off road vehicles may be justified. The current plan is severely flawed in not only its conception, but also in the implementation process. Please accept this as one business owner opinion, I have over 60 employees that are currently operating equipment in the Southern Calif. area. If this program is implemented, especially during the current sever slowdown; I will be forced to close my doors, after over 30 years in the business.
