| Comment | I want to let the Board know that these regulations are not right for California’s contractors, workers or infrastructure rebuilding efforts. As a California licensed contractor I know that such regulations are not to be implemented in such a time, where business is very slow in San Diego County, unless it is the board's wish to put us all out of business. |
