| Comment | Gentlemen, I would agree with those heavy equipment owners in my industry that the onerus nature of the regulation will force many business owners out of business. The useful life of heavy equipment can be measured in decades in many cases. It seems unreasonable to restrict the use of such equipment at this place and time. |
