| Comment | The California Air Resources Board has adopted a flawed off road diesel regulation that will have profound, negative impacton my business in California. Under it's current guidelines it will impede my ability to continue to provide services in California. I support the reduction of of particulate matter and NOx emmissions from diesel engines. However We need to to do it an a mannner that will improve my ability to provide service in California. |
