| Comment | Gentlemen: As Legislative Chair of the California Precast Concrete Association (CPCA) I usrge you to reconsider this proposed ordinance. We do not believe this issue is so serious that literally Billions of dollars of financial damages should be inflicted on one of the most vibrant sectors of our economy. Certainly this could be done through ATTRITION, without forced sale of old machines and purchace of new ones, many of which cost well over $100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars) Please consider this carefully.
