| Comment | I am very opposed to moving up the compliance dates for small & medium fleets. I strongly oppose requiring an additional year of reporting on the back end for fleets of all sizes! These changes going to be very expensive and difficult to comply with. This coupled with the the downturn in the construction economy is going to cripple many business such as mine. |
