| Comment | I consider this proposed regulation to be nothing more than a lot of over-kill and much ado about nothing. Based on the information I have read, the cost-benefit of this proposed regulation is close to zero. The amount of "pollution" released by this type of equipment is so small as to be almost negligile and will cost millions and millions of dollars to implement, all for very little gain. |
