| Comment | CARB: We recognize the importance of clean air for Californians, but we also want to stress how economically devastating your proposed regulations are. Secondly, although we agree with the idea of clean air, it seems reasonable to postpone the NOX requirements for a period of 5 years to ensure that technology can keep up with the proposed regulations.
