| Comment | I am astonished that nobody @ your board or scaqmd is able to figure out and convey to the public that the reason the inland empire has poor air quality and high amounts of particulate matter is because of the hydrologic cycle, you need to explain this to the public.They are under the impression that they have more trucks than south bay and the los angeles area and thats why the poorer air quality. if you need more detail about this please write back |
