I would ask that the Board change the radius for 53' trailers and
greater that is proposed in the GHG regulation. I would ask this
change parallel the DOT standard that is a 150 mile radius and not
as stated a 100 mile radius. Many carriers have excess trailing
equipment meaning they have 3 trailers for 1 power unit. These
"mobile" warehouse trailers sometimes move only two or three times
a month. For a short haul/regional carrier, there is little or no
payback on the aerodynamic devices. 
Please give this serious consideration. Thank you in advance for
your help.
