| Subject | July 1 2011 early retrofit incentive |
| Comment | Due to the uncertainty and constant changes of the diesel regulations many fleets are hesitant to spend money for early conpliance. It would be a benefit to see the July 1st 2011 incentive be extended until the end of 2011 to help fleets determine whether or not the regulation will assume its current form. We have been penalized for our early efforts in the past. Please consider extending the July 1st 2011 early credit until the end of 2011 to help give fleets more time to decide whether or not to spend early retrofit $. |
