| Comment | I think the state is trying to go to far, small companies can not afford to change update or modify their equipment for emissions . I think you should stay out these small use areas and concentrate your efforts on the high volume fuel users and maintain sufficientstaff to do so , lay off remaining staff and save the tax payers the money. |
