I wish somone in government was actually here to help businesses
survive instead of trying to, yet again, KILL CALIFORNIA. This
thoretical plan is just that an unfeasable attempt to create
draconian short term solutions to long term issues without
listening OR RESPONDING, in any meaningful way, to the true
stakeholders in the State.  I am talking about businesses.  We pay
most of the taxes, provide all the services, feed and clothe every
Californian.  CARB does NONE OF THIS!

If there is going to be a plan it must be a REAL SOLUTION. Not a
one sided attempt to "get those baaad polluters."  CARB has showed
no creativity, but expects an edless supply of patience and money
from the businesses that make this State function. 

Our Government is broke, business are struggling and/or leaving the
state and yet we are continually force fed pipe dream regulation by
an omnipotent organization that cares not for the regulated
community, but only for the interses of this unionized bureaucracy
and its continued growth.

Get real, use real science, and real technology, be practical and
quit making up statistics to get what you want.  The old saying in
business is figures don't lie, but liars sure can figure.

Time for real long term solutions, not a parade of political
gamesmanship.
