| Comment | We support the Low Carbon Fuel Standard. This standard will provide an economic stimulus for economic growth in California. Why because rather than paying $4 a gallon for fuel residents will be able refuel their Lithium battery cars at a cost of 25¢ a gallon equivalent saving about $2,000 a year of fuel costs by going Renewables as opposed to gasoline. New financing is available through Residential lease financing offering Zero Down systems and through Housing and Urban Development Administration to make the cost of acquiring distributed energy affordable and economic as opposed to maintaining the status quo. |
