Seven of the most smoggy cities in the country are in California's
central valley. I moved from there because I didn't want to breathe
that air. Many people don't have that option. Please continue to
work to limit carbon emissions in spite of indusrty opposition. We,
who live in this beartiful state, understand and accept that
additional refining will effect the cost of fuel, but improved air
quality is worth the price.
