Please do not adopt any amendments that would weaken California's
Low Carbon Fuel Standard.  Growing evidence suggests that human
caused climate change is happening much faster than previously
predicted with potentially devastating consequences for the
future.
 Industry will not make the necessary changes in energy practices
without solid mandates such as the Low Carbon Fuel Standard.
Please maintain California's leadership in the fight against
climate change by leaving the Low Carbon Fuel Standard intact and
even strengthening it where possible.
