To the Board Members of CARB. Please-Please Please use good
judgement concerning implementation of Low Carbon fuel plan. Our
state of California can NOT stand this type of burden on our
economy now. Not now!!   PLEASE !!!    I sell fuel to our
commercial fishing fleet in Santa Barbara. They are barely hanging
on at today's fuel prices. Please don't put any more of them out of
business with any more unnecessary regulations. Bob Meyer
