| Comment | Hello, I want the low carbon fuel standard to be set so it takes into account the full carbon impact of fuels like corn ethanol and tar sands source. It needs to spurn innovative new fuel source like algae or bacteria processes which can generate fuel with a smaller carbon footprint. |
